Contract Manager Jobs

Your role as Contract Manager
Reporting to Ariël Thériault-Roy, Director of Legal Affairs & Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will lead Dialogue's legal activities related to agreements with customers and suppliers. In addition, you will support internal stakeholders and provide guidance on contractual provisions for customer and supplier agreements.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide contractual advice, guidance and support in respect of contract performance
• Manage legal intake, review, approval and implementation of customers and suppliers agreements
• Review, draft and amend a variety of contracts to accurately reflect business requirements and recommend alternatives to conform with internal policies, minimize risk, and achieve proper framing of the business needs
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Administer and monitor contractual obligations and compliance in performance
• Contribute to continuously improving the Company's contracting processes
• Identify key terms in third-party contracts for review and approval by subject matter specialists or others

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

• Experience supporting commercial teams and leading negotiations
• Commercial acumen, skilled negotiator with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure and changes in priorities
• Member in good standing of a Canadian bar association or law society is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field such as business administration, finance or law
• Great attention to detail
