Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing the full cycle recruitment strategy and will play a key role in the rapid expansion of SSENSE, with a focus on candidates within the fields of Engineering and Technology. They will develop sourcing and recruiting strategies, manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, and effectively manage internal client relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and candidates. The ideal Acquisition Partner will generate strong candidate pipelines, thoroughly assess applicants, manage an effective selection process, and successfully close new hires.
*Candidate must be located in Greater Montreal and available to work from the office once a week.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure requirements and expectations are clear and candidates are assessed against well-defined competencies
- Build diverse pipelines of promising candidates through sourcing initiatives (LinkedIn Recruiter, events, proactive conversations, networking, referrals, etc.) and keep in touch with promising candidates for current or future employment opportunities
- Develop and implements strategic initiatives to source or attract top talent, properly assess candidates and ensure a smooth conversion from offer to hire
- Provide an excellent candidate experience: build relationships through the entire recruitment lifecycle to understand the candidate's motivation and drivers
- Rigorously maintain data integrity in our ATS, SmartRecruiters, throughout the entire hiring process
- Ensure their hiring practices, including sourcing, candidate outreach, assessment and offer process, are inclusive of all qualified candidates
- Leverage data to lead the recruitment process, make informed recommendations and influence stakeholders
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical recruiting role
- High level of comfort around web technologies and engineering
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
