Notre client multinational de détail est à la recherche d'un spécialiste bilingue en acquisition de talents pour son équipe. Le spécialiste à l’embauche de talents cherche des professionnels qualifiés dans le domaine technique et celui de la gestion pour répondre aux exigences actuelles et futures en ressources humaines. Il évaluera, de manière critique et précise, le niveau actuel de compétences des candidats, leur potentiel et leur compatibilité avec l’entreprise. Il agira en tant que conseiller en matière d’acquisition de talents pour l’entreprise.


Description du poste


  • Établir un partenariat avec les dirigeants responsables de l’embauche et les chefs des ressources humaines pour prendre les décisions d’embauche finales et négocier les offres avec les candidats.
  • Soutenir plusieurs marchés au Québec en surveillant et en évaluant les tendances du marché du travail, l’environnement concurrentiel et les innovations en matière d’embauche de talents.
  • Évaluer les talents selon les besoins de l’entreprise et recommander quelques candidatures potentielles en insistant auprès des dirigeants sur les candidats de calibre exceptionnel qui répondent à nos besoins actuels et futurs et qui sont compatibles avec nos valeurs et notre culture.
  • Créer une expérience positive pour chaque dirigeant responsable de l’embauche en établissant la crédibilité du service et du poste.
  • Élaborer un plan de sourçage stratégique et ciblé pour chaque demande de poste en fonction des résultats de la recherche. Évaluer de manière critique et précise les compétences des candidats en ayant recours aux pratiques d’excellence en matière d’entretien afin de repérer les candidats les plus qualifiés et les plus compétents parmi les talents sélectionnés.
  • Collaborer avec les intervenants internes et externes pour fournir un contexte commercial dans la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions d’embauche de talents (c’est-à-dire des stratégies de sourçage, de chasse aux talents et de recrutement).
  • Élaborer des stratégies innovantes de sourçage ou de recrutement afin de trouver les meilleurs candidats potentiels en utilisant les techniques de recherche les plus récentes et les plus innovantes, comme les moteurs de recherche sur Internet, les recherches booléennes, les recherches dans les bases de données, les médias sociaux, les réseaux de recommandation et les agences tierces.
  • Nouer des relations avec des intervenants externes et des personnes-ressources dans le secteur afin d’obtenir de l’information sur la concurrence et des pratiques d’excellence.
  • Convaincre les candidats retenus de la proposition de valeur de l’emploi proposé paren utilisant ses capacités de conviction et en leur offrant une expérience positive.


Compétences


  • Une expérience en cabinet est un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à jongler simultanément avec plusieurs priorités tout en étant attentif aux besoins des clients.
  • Une expérience dans le commerce de détail est un atout.
  • Maîtrise de la langue française.
  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou de l’embauche de talents, dont au moins trois ans en recrutement (ensemble du processus).

Our multinational retail client is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist for their team.


The Talent Acquisition Specialist sources high-quality technical, professional and management talent to meet the current and future people resourcing needs. Critically and accurately assesses candidates' current capability level, future potential, and fit within the business. Act as a talent advisor to the business


Responsibilities


  • Create a positive experience for each hiring business leader building credibility for the department and function.
  • Assess talent according to the needs of the business and recommend a short list of potential candidates and influences business leaders on the highest quality candidates that meet the organization's current and future capability needs and cultural and values fit.
  • Support multiple markets across Quebec by monitoring and assessing labour market trends, competitive insights and talent acquisition innovations.
  • Identify requirements, target budget, and service timelines and act as Talent Advisor to business leaders, thorough job intake meetings with the hiring business leader and respective People Managers.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to provide business context in designing, developing and implementing talent acquisition solutions (i.e. sourcing, heading hunting and recruitment strategies).
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders and industry contacts to gain competitive insights and best practices.
  • Build a strategic and targeted sourcing plan for each job requisition based on research results. Critically and accurately assess candidate capabilities employing best practices in interviewing to discern and identify the highest quality and most qualified candidates from the sourced pool.
  • Develops innovative sourcing or recruitment strategies to source top quality talent by employing the latest and most innovative research techniques to identify potential top quality candidates utilizing multiple avenues including internet search engines, Boolean searches, database searches, social media, referral networks, and 3rd Party Agencies.
  • Collaborate with hiring business leaders and People Managers if sourcing or assessment efforts are deemed not effective and will address market conditions, potential challenges with role requirements or skill to budget constraints and recommends alternative solutions.
  • Partner with hiring business leaders and People Managers to make final hiring decisions and negotiate offers with candidates.
  • Persuasively sell the employment value proposition to the identified candidates by using influencing skills and creating a positive experience for each candidate contacted.


Qualifications


  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time while being responsive to client's needs
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Experience in Retail is an asset
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and French
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR or Talent Acquisition capacity including at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
