Overview Talent Acquisition Business Partners are responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for their organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs. They also work with external recruitment agencies and other vendors to source and screen potential candidates. Detailed Job Description Talent Acquisition Business Partners are responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for their organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs. They also work with external recruitment agencies and other vendors to source and screen potential candidates. They are responsible for developing job postings, conducting interviews, and making offers to successful candidates. They also provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on best practices for recruiting and selecting candidates. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Professional certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of talent management and succession planning
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies
• Experience in interviewing and assessing candidates
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs
• Source and screen potential candidates using external recruitment agencies and other vendors
• Develop job postings and conduct interviews
