About The Job


We are looking for a bilingual recruiter to join the team located in the Montreal suburbs.

Your Responsibilities


  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle: job approval, posting, CV preselection, telephone interviews, negotiation of compensation and all administrative aspects related to recruitment
  • Act as a recruiting expert to advise, assess current practices and results and recommend a review if necessary
  • Develop unique and creative ways to recruit a variety of resources from diverse geographic regions of Canada and the United States
  • Identify, develop and maintain a network of candidates through a proactive selection system and maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates, partnerships, etc.
  • Stay on the lookout for new trends and innovative strategies in recruiting and selecting candidates
  • Support the manager in staffing by providing relevant market advice and adequate training

Our Requirements


  • Expert in prospecting, evaluating and hiring high caliber talent across multiple functions and levels
  • Experience in digital recruitment using application tracking systems (ATS) and ability to use social media to research and reach candidates
  • Post-secondary degree
  • Self-motivator and excellent time management skills
  • Working in an agency setup - an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment with strong skills in direct sourcing of candidates
  • Bilingual - French and English - written and spoken - a must
  • Adaptability, flexibility and agility to multitask and set priorities
  • Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients while having fun and taking on new challenges
  • Proactive in nature, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage according to emergencies and priorities
