Job Description
Join our team at employer as a Sales Executive and thrive in your career. We are a Design, Development & Support Agency with a fully distributed team of experts in Drupal & WordPress. At employer, we support our employees as they create a better web for our clients. As our business grows, we are looking for a Sales Executive to work closely with potential clients, qualify leads, and provide value-based solutions. If you have experience in B2B sales at a digital agency and a passion for helping clients succeed, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities


  • Lead presentations to clients
  • Facilitate the development of support opportunities
  • Qualify leads and set up successful opportunities
  • Facilitate service agreements upon closing deals
  • Capture essential requirements and goals for website projects
  • Build and maintain business development relationships
  • Assess client needs and align with employer's strategic goals
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct follow-up on active leads and overcome objections
  • Present employer's solutions to potential clients
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales tactics
  • Facilitate in-depth needs assessments with decision-makers
  • Participate in the development of sales documents
  • Track outcomes and results in HubSpot

Requirements


  • Proven experience selling website support
  • Demonstrated passion for helping clients succeed
  • Passion for the web and open source development
  • Experience with HubSpot and TeamWork preferred
  • Ability to be self-directed and a fast learner
  • Experience turning challenges into opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and consistently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Inclusive, supportive, and thoughtful communication style
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience

  • The position is 100% remote, but applicants must be located in the US or Canada
  • This is a full-time position with a salary range of $58,000-$73,650
