Job Description
Are you a bilingual (French/English), self-motivated, quick learner who excels learning new software and skills to support a diverse technical team? This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Toronto or Montreal offices!

What The Day Will Look Like


The technical administrative assistant will provide technical and administrative support to the National Risk Control team.


  • Revenue allocation and invoicing
  • Data entry and table management
  • Assist in time management, expenses and onboarding new staff
  • Report review and formatting
  • Work with consultants and account executives to meet client objectives

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success


  • Experience in insurance is a strong asset
  • Bilingualism (French and English) written and spoken
  • Relevant experience of 3+ years
  • Data management and reporting
  • Multitasker and result oriented
  • Strong technical background and proficient in Excel, Microsoft Access and MS Office suite software
  • Ability to work independently with various departments, teams and offices
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines
