As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sr Program Manager to join our Cost and Quality Transformation PMO to support multiple growth and transformation programs focused on evolving the way we support our customers through a digital first mindset. As someone with exceptionally strong program management skills you will lead diverse cross functional teams to deliver on complex and critical programs to accelerate our business transformation journey including but not limited to programs around our digital journey, data privacy and cyber security.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate and support strategic discussions and recommendations at the director and VP level
• Develop and communicate executive level reporting on program achievements and progress against all KPIs
• Run multiple projects simultaneously
• Facilitate working sessions to define desired end state (FMO), activities, risks and contingency plans to eliminate obstacles to achieve on-time/on-budget completion of program transition events
• Monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of component projects and operations
• Execute program plans (quality, risk, communication, resourcing etc.) to align the program outcomes with stakeholder expectations and standards
• Govern complex integration programs through project streams coordination, business resource allocation and project management leadership ensuring strong interlock across multiple teams and business units
• Articulates deliverables/timetables; coordinates efforts of internal process owners/experts
• Create consolidated program milestones, interdependencies and communication plans

Great-to-haves

• Experience managing programs or projects around systems, network, data, privacy or cyber security experience (not mandatory)
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, etc.) or MBA
• Experience working in a matrix structure to deliver end-to-end success
• Experience in call center environment and/or within a digital team
