a day in the life: what you’ll do
Responsible to develop and execute marketing initiatives/campaigns that deliver into regional business & brand objectives. At the center of the marketing organisation, the Sr Brand Manager leads cross functional workstreams to deliver seamless guest experiences across all touch points. They elevate all initiatives with sound business strategies that invites strong partnership and co-creations between key channels, product and creative.
  • Manages cross-functional partners, leadership, and stakeholders
  • Build localized marketing plans to deploy global initiatives across the North-American market
  • Creates briefs for assigned regional marketing campaigns; responsible for insight development, establishing KPIs, target audience
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in the space
  • Accountable to set and drive key KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings
  • Driving regional campaign execution for product campaigns
  • Oversees and manages project budgets
  • Work with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences
Qualifications
  • Strong presentation and critical thinking skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred
  • If immigration support required:
  • Experience in an agency setting and/or in a related industry such as retail, eCommerce, lifestyle, fashion, etc preferred
  • Skilled at partnering with creative teams and comfortable writing a creative brief
  • Experience working with internal and external partners (ie, creative agencies)
  • 8-10 years experience devising and executing marketing campaign strategies, ideally with multi-million dollar budgets, with experience working on “always on” strategies
  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business.
  • Experience managing people (direct reports) and leadings teams
