Summary


Are you passionate about creating a comprehensive and inclusive employee listening strategy? Want to work in a role where you will make a critical impact on overall culture, performance, productivity, and engagement? Here at STEMCELL Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Employee Listening to lead collaboration with senior leadership and operationalize our Employee Listening strategy; primarily through the use of employee surveys to continually improve employee experience.


In this role, you will partner with others to design, develop and implement employee surveys. You will analyze the data, synthesize and communicate results and provide data-driven insights. You will support leaders and employees across the organization to interpret and take action to continually improve employee engagement and experience. You will be an active member of the Talent Management and Organizational Development team and will work collaboratively on shared team goals.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Share and communicate survey insights in a clear and engaging manner
  • Enable leaders and employees across the organization to analyze results, make evidence-based decisions, develop action plans, and take action
  • Lead the execution of key employee surveys, working cross-functionally to ensure effective launch and participation Analyze and interpret data and organize results, elevating opportunities identified by the surveys
  • Lead the design of employee surveys that meet business needs and address topics such as engagement, DE&I and employee lifecycle
  • Consult and maintain relationships with external vendors and organizational stakeholders


Knowledge And Qualifications


  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve shared outcomes
  • Expertise in cloud-based Employee Experience systems (EX) and technology such as Qualtrics, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau
  • Typically requires a Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (including employee engagement/experience, employee listening, data/metrics, project management, etc.)
  • Applied systems thinking experience as it pertains to employee listening and employee experience
