Our vastly growing IT function is looking to welcome a new Senior Manager, IT FP&A to our Vancouver team! Reporting to the Senior Director, IT Business Office, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic IT FP&A framework that drives value, efficiency, and innovation across the organization. You will be a central role on the IT Finance team, focusing on financial planning and management reporting across all lines of business and operations - critical to ensuring visibility and accountability to the IT Spend Smart outcomes.

What you will do:

• Own IT financial and IT annual/quarterly budgeting processes.
• Ensure finance procedures are appropriately documented.
• Develop data controls and introduce improvements to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency and scalability.
• Partner with key stakeholders to perform cost analysis, reporting, forecasting, and show-backs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in IT FP&A best practices.
• Oversee operating expenses management, finance operations and reporting.
• Review and approve Capital Approval Requests (CARs).
• Assist in monthly and year-end management/audit queries.
• Deliver reporting packages and dashboards for business reviews, providing visibility and key insights on current and historical performance.
• Lead the IT Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and funding processes across the organization.
• Evaluate and select the best IT FP&A management tools to support the framework.
• Perform month-end close tasks such as management of total innovation and A&P spend.
• Manage capital and portfolio management along with overseeing annual CAPEX budges.

What you bring:

• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in supporting IT Shared Services cost modeling and show backs.
• Experience working with SaaS, Hosted operating budgets and IT Fixed Assets.
• Experience in supporting a Global Information Technology Department.
• Accounting Designation ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA with 5+ year PQ or industry experience
• Super-user for IT financial systems, particularly TM1, WebPO and AP enablement.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or industry experience
