Zymeworks is proudly headquartered in our brand new, net-zero facility located in the vibrant Main St biotech hub of Vancouver, BC, with operations in Seattle, WA and Dublin, Ireland. We offer a hybrid work environment with most team members working in-office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project compliance and risks
• Manage portfolio of IT projects, driving IT transformation
• Manage methodology development and SDLC
• Manage program related policies and procedures

Education And Experience

• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
• BS or BA, with some type of degree in science and/or computer-related subject
• 10+ years of IT experience, majority of which should be in Pharma
• Mix of in-house and consulting leadership experience

Skills And Abilities

• Proven track record as an IT Program leader with a collaborative leadership style and high stakeholder engagement
• Has led SLDC/methodology efforts before
• Has been responsible for ITGCs and audit compliance of programs and solutions
• Has led a multi-year Program which consists of several large transformation initiatives that are loosely coupled) that achieved expected results and was on-time and on-budget
• Has led IT Policy and Procedures development and maintenance activities
