Well versed with Agile based methodologies

Expert knowledge of project & construction management in a heavy industrial environment is required. This includes:

Skill development courses related to engineering and project management are considered an asset.

Cost Management - Manage the projects within budget. Provide monthly cost forecasts and updates to follow cashflow targets.

Implementation - Coordinate procurement with purchasing, including expediting, FAT, delivery, and contract management.

Plan and define all required construction activities including constructability, cranes, lifting plans, shutdown planning/scheduling, commissioning, and quality management plan.

Risk Management: Complete Risk and opportunity assessment during project development and maintain/update throughout the life of the project.

Lead quality assurance/quality control activities (e.g.; artifact reviews, project audits) to ensure compliance with internal/external audit requirements.

Create briefing notes (including benefits/challenge analysis on all options) to justify large-scale change within the project methodology and other departmental services.

7-9 years of job related experience.

Advanced experience in creating/supporting standard templates in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio etc.

Knowledge of software configuration approaches and best practices to workflow design.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Manage portfolio of IT projects, driving IT transformation

Manage methodology development and SDLC

Manage program related policies and procedures

Manage project compliance and risks

10+ years of IT experience, majority of which should be in Pharma

Mix of in-house and consulting leadership experience

•Rights Logic or experience in implementing legal/ rights management platforms preferred

•Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Jira Align required

•10 years + project management experience required

Role: Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Project / Program Management

•Experience with delivery projects with Agile methodology including Scrum Master and or RTE roles in past

•Experience in managing complex programs with multi-year budgets $3-10M+

Ensures change management plans are developed, socialized and consistently measured to deliver the expected project benefits and adoption.

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Project management experience – 6 to 8 years.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Socializes change management plans with stakeholders and consistently measures project effectiveness and adoption.

Develops all related project management artifacts, while complying with applicable enterprise standards
