Job Description
Are you highly skilled as an IT Project Manager with a background in preparing project charters, master project plans, and conducting risk analysis and risk management? If so, we have an exciting job opportunity in a fast-paced work environment. We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager for a 12-month contract position in Victoria, BC. This hybrid role involves communicating with diverse stakeholder groups and project sponsors while managing competing interests. Responsibilities
  • Taking the lead in managing stakeholders from diverse groups, overseeing portfolio management, and successfully executing projects of different scales and levels of complexity.
  • Delivering presentations on project status reports, dashboards, issue logs, and risk registers to project and business leadership
  • Handling sensitive issues that have broad impacts on the municipality, private sector, and citizens
  • Creating and monitoring business cases and capital budgets
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects
  • 5-8 years of Project Management Experience
