ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a leader in the healthcare space making a difference in the communities they serve. With projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades to working with clinical SMEs in improving critical applications, no two days will be the same.

Working on multiple projects at once, you will be collaborating with experts in the industry and making a meaningful difference.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a hybrid position with PST work hours. (9 AM- 5 PM from Monday to Friday). The client's office is in Burnaby, BC.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client and organizational expectations.
• Communication: Facilitate communication among stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and resolve conflicts to maintain project alignment and transparency.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, setting clear roles and responsibilities, and ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and assess project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals within financial constraints.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Change Management experience in managing large scale system implementations and process changes
• Experience delivering IT projects in healthcare
• Experience with Agile and PMI frameworks
• 6+ years of relevant experience in project management or consulting, including experience managing technical projects
• PMP certification

COMPENSATION

• Hourly rate based on experience
