This is a hybrid position (2x a week in the office) in Vancouver. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role.
We are helping a not-for-profit organization that is committed to supporting affordable housing. They are empowering various housing providers through various professional development and education opportunities, events, and membership programs.
In this position, you will be responsible for this organization's core IT infrastructure. The heart of this position is supporting IT infrastructure and operational best practices, and there are various cross-functional projects that you will be involved in as well.

What you will do and how you will make an impact …
[-] You will be responsible for the entire IT infrastructure, and you will lead the Systems Administrator on the team. You will support 40 internal users as well.
[-] You will work with the System Administrator to maintain the internal servers and networks, and manage the internal hardware.
[-] You will support the senior leadership team with long-term strategy and will help align internal IT with business objectives.
Here are some of the immediate projects that you would work on:
[-] The organization recently implemented a new CRM system, and you’ll work with the Finance team to create workflows between the CRM and SharePoint. You don’t need to have previous experience with this; there is extensive documentation that will help you with this project.
[-] You will develop the organization’s cybersecurity backup and recovery plans, and train internal users with best practices.
