Responsibilities or this FP&A Manager contract role are as follows:

Manage the organization's planning and budgeting process, cost centre planning, and Latest Estimate.

- Strong financial and/or operational modeling experience, including ROI analysis and business casing

- Must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and story-telling skills

Director of FP&A for Growth Initiatives

- Design, develop and publish reporting cadences for key financial and operating metrics for senior leadership

- An ability to build trust with stakeholders and colleagues by continuously delivering impactful work

- Understands how to lay out a business case including problem statement, options, recommendations supported by analysis

5+ years of experience in finance preferred. Experience in modeling and forecasting strongly preferred

Prepare and manage net operating income (NOI) reporting and analysis of results for earnings presentation

Utilize modeling skills to support adhoc budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning requests and analysis

Assist with special projects that support corporate, global, and local finance initiatives

A strong academic background with demonstrable commercial acumen.  Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

Experience working for a multinational organization, in a high growth, fast paced and dynamic global technology-driven environment strongly preferred

Assisting with preparation of the company’s management board reports

Between 3-5 years of FP&A experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA Preferred

Strong written and oral communications skills

Advanced Excel and working knowledge of relational database information systems

Advanced knowledge in MS Excel

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI

Basic knowledge of developing query/coding for data analytics, such as SQL, DAX, etc.
