Fp&A Manager 15-Months

client, located in Mississauga is seeking a FP&A Manager for a 15-month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities or this FP&A Manager contract role are as follows:

• Ensure that management information is timely and accurately provided, satisfies user needs, and supports organisational objectives.
• Manage the organization's planning and budgeting process, cost centre planning, and Latest Estimate.
• Proactively adapt the processes and tools for planning and reporting to changes in the business.
• Take the helm of the business' management reporting procedures, which includes coordinating and integrating functional reporting with reporting at the corporate level.
• Month-end close, providing information on the company's monthly and YTD performance as well as financial visibility to the impact and implications of the financial decisions.

Requirements

• Experience with ERP environments (D365 preferred), Power BI, and Budget Software.
• Financial designation (CPA or MBA in Finance)
• Strong management reporting experience is a must, preferably across multiple functions.
• 5+ years of experience in Planning/Management reporting environments.
• Finance experience with Operations, Sales and Marketing and working at the total company level.
• Strong business planning experience, including development of long-term strategic plans.
• Demonstrated planning & organizing skills, with focus on priority setting, command skills, and timely decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
