Bilingual Financial Planning Integration Manager

Our client is a Canadian Insurance company specializing in providing group benefits, group retirement, wellness, and human resource solutions.

They are seeking a bilingual Integration Manager to join their high-performing Finance team in Laval.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Integration Manager will be responsible for building finance integration processes and controls as well as coordinating the integration of the finance functions of acquired companies.

Responsibilities:

• Improve finance integration processes, templates, and project management tools
• Establish working relationships with Finance Integrations, FP&A, and corporate accounting teams
• Assist in transactional accounting support for successful transitions
• Manage integration plan timeline and functional team members
• Review, approve, and track integration forecasts and synergies
• Provide additional reporting and analysis of integrations as needed

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred professional accounting designation
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of accounting, finance fundamentals, and internal control frameworks
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Bilingual in English and French
• Acquisition and integration experience preferred
