Revoir et assurer un contrôle de la qualité de modèles financiers complexes;

Gérer la préparation et la livraison de documents aux clients actuels et potentiels ainsi que de présentations leur étant destinées;

Gérer des équipes composées de deux ou trois professionnels et veiller au perfectionnement des comptables juniors;

Développer de façon proactive un réseau interne et externe dans le milieu des affaires dans la région du Montréal;

Bonne connaissance des notions financières suivantes : rentabilité, financement, valeur actuelle nette, principes d’évaluation d’entreprise ;

Participer au processus complet dans le cadre d’une acquisition

Procéder à l’évaluation de la valeur d’entreprise;

Obtenir la documentation nécessaire afin de procéder aux transactions, en réviser l’exactitude et en assurer le suivi;

Improve finance integration processes, templates, and project management tools

They are seeking a bilingual Integration Manager to join their high-performing Finance team in Laval.

Establish working relationships with Finance Integrations, FP&A, and corporate accounting teams

Manage integration plan timeline and functional team members

6-8 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment

Acquisition and integration experience preferred

Manage a team of acquisition professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Strong financial analysis skills, with experience modeling complex real estate transactions.

Collaborate with other departments, including development, construction, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of acquisitions.

Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration or a related field.

At least 5-7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a proven track record of successful transactions.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing one’s own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion

Oversees the process to enhance and maintain catalogue records and holdings

Creates original catalogue records, particularly formaterials in vertical files

Adjusts cutter numbers and/or assigns call numbers within the Brian Deer in-house classification system

Identifies authors and subjects with problem authority selection and makes recommendations to relevant specialists for authority adjustments

Collects and compiles monthly statistics related to all technical services activities

Liaise with various internal team members from Development Management, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Finance and so on.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strongly skilled in Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in developing Financial Models is considered an asset.

Circulate all Letters of Intent, Offer Sheets, Purchase Agreements, and Waiver Packages for internal sign-off.

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Mathematics.

Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment.

The flexibility. You are willing and able to travel internationally on occasion to work directly with potential acquisitions.
