Présenter et faire approuver le dossier auprès du Management;

Valider le choix de financement des transactions des magasins associés et s’assurer de la viabilité financière du projet;

Deliver strategic M&A support to the Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Management Team.

Identify high-performing M&A best practices and share these with the Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Management Team.

Support the Portfolio Manager in the creation of the Vencora Banking Portfolio’s M&A strategy.

Manage the M&A function, including:

Manage the M&A team to ensure they deliver the required M&A activities and outputs within agreed timeframes.

Improve finance integration processes, templates, and project management tools

They are seeking a bilingual Integration Manager to join their high-performing Finance team in Laval.

Establish working relationships with Finance Integrations, FP&A, and corporate accounting teams

Manage integration plan timeline and functional team members

6-8 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment

Acquisition and integration experience preferred

Manage a team of acquisition professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Strong financial analysis skills, with experience modeling complex real estate transactions.

Collaborate with other departments, including development, construction, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of acquisitions.

Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration or a related field.

At least 5-7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a proven track record of successful transactions.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Excellent project management skills with ability to produce quality work with an attention to detail.

Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with operations management and the Corporate Development team and work effectively with cross functional support teams.

Interact and communicate effectively with target companies' management.

Recognized professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CFA, CBV) or equivalent.

5+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Continuously update and manage the database for real estate portfolio statistics/data, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Degree in Finance, MBA preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a developer capacity.

Solid Proforma skills in Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in presenting analytical work.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with the brokerage community, executive members and partners.

Oversees the process to enhance and maintain catalogue records and holdings

Creates original catalogue records, particularly formaterials in vertical files

Adjusts cutter numbers and/or assigns call numbers within the Brian Deer in-house classification system

Identifies authors and subjects with problem authority selection and makes recommendations to relevant specialists for authority adjustments

Collects and compiles monthly statistics related to all technical services activities

Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management.

Strong consulting skills such as targeted communications, engagement management, stakeholder management and business development.

Leads the creation and maturing of the enterprise architecture practice into an internal management consultancy.

Facilitates a collaborative relationship across architecture community, product management and product delivery teams.

Identifies organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support agility and adaptability.

Minimum of 10 years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis.

Liaise with various internal team members from Development Management, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, Finance and so on.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strongly skilled in Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in developing Financial Models is considered an asset.

Circulate all Letters of Intent, Offer Sheets, Purchase Agreements, and Waiver Packages for internal sign-off.

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Mathematics.

Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, real-estate, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, and or customer-facing commercial real estate/brokerage.

• Excellent negotiation skills – can handle customer objections and negotiate favorable long-term site host agreements.

• Demonstrated creativity skills – able to think creatively to problem solve to remove deal roadblocks.

• Ability to learn technical requirements is required.

• Experience in contracts, real estate, permitting, and EV infrastructure strongly preferred.
