About This Team
The Future of Work team at lululemon is on a journey to enhance workplace experience & culture across where, how, and when we work. As the Senior Program Manager, Workplace Connection, you will consider what approaches to connection and collaboration we embed at organization, team, and individual levels to support our values and drive our culture. You will work with stakeholders to design and implement global connection strategies including local and virtual tactics, frameworks for team gatherings and org-wide travel, informing design of major in-person gatherings, and supporting innovation in our flexible ways of working.
A Day In The Life

• Design and activate in-person connection best practices (including local area connection programs).
• Identify and enable rituals for virtual connection.
• Support the organization with travel guidance for in-person gatherings.
• With Brand & Facilities, support realization of cultural expression / design & artifacts in physical locations.
• Develop workplace connection priorities based on science, best-practices, and what we stand for in our culture. Create strategic multi-year roadmap including identifying digital enablement needs.
• Contribute a connection-through-culture lens on major activations including lead P&C consultant to large-scale engagement strategies (delivering summer party, consulting to Leadership Summit, new buildings, etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience with lululemon in Retail Operations or Community an asset.
• Ability and interest in designing research-based solutions (strategy) and bringing initiatives to life (delivery).
• People-centric, inclusive design experience an asset.
• Project and change management skills an asset.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and at varying org leadership levels.
• Ability to operate successfully in a high-growth, dynamic organization.
