about this team


The Emerging Talent team plays a crucial role in the organization's success by designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy, framework, and design for pipelining programs and rotational programs aimed at identifying and developing high-potential candidates for roles in the Shared Service Center (SSC). You are responsible for creating and refining systems, policies, processes, practices, events, and overall experiences that attract, nurture, and retain emerging talent. By cultivating a diverse pipeline of promising individuals and offering them rotational opportunities, the Emerging Talent team contributes to building a skilled and versatile workforce, fostering innovation, and ensuring the organization's long-term success. Your efforts have a significant impact on the internal candidate experience, talent acquisition, and the overall agility and adaptability of the SSC.


a day in the life


  • Lead the team responsible for the Global Internship Program, Internal Recruitment/Careers, and Early Careers initiatives in all regions.
  • Measure & monitor the global internship program and internal and external programs results & KPIs.
  • Design and deliver global talent acquisition internship strategy for internal and externals programs.
  • Create the strategy to develop and deliver diverse attraction and engagement sourcing and selection strategies, enhancing our employment brand at targeted colleges, universities, professional associations, and events.
  • Enable access to initiatives designed for individuals early in their careers, with the aim of bolstering career paths that contribute to the development of a more diverse workforce.
  • Training of talent acquisition and business leaders on recruiting processes and educating team members on specific frameworks to build appropriate candidate pipelines.
  • Create the framework to recruit, onboard and manage university / college relations and professional associations globally.

qualifications


  • Strong background in building out university, colleges, partnerships strategy for a global organization.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years’ people leadership experience building out global programs in an HR function.
  • Strong background in partnership with senior leaders on proactive early talent strategy.
  • Minimum 10 years' in the work of talent acquisition, human resources or a related field.
