Territory Manager Jobs

Pratts Food Service is a leading broad line distributor throughout Western Canada and growing in many areas. We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager with 2-3 years experience to cover the Lower Mainland B.C. region.
Skills Required:
2-3 Years or more Territory Manager Food Service Sales or equivalent experience, Other Food Service Experience would be an asset
Leadership: Ownership of the territory and the business they maintain
Accountability on sales,margin, and customer relationship growth
Strong Communication, listening and presentation skills
Negotiation and decision making skills
Business Acumen: Understanding of what drives profitability

Role Responsibility:
Selling - Grow Sales and Relationships with our key customer base
Maintain new customers target list of key accounts with action plans
Manage Margin and profitability of our key customer base
Establish good relationships with regular communication and site visits
to our key customers
Create Values and provide support when working with our customers
Dependable/Reliable with strong work ethic
Strength in organization of daily tasks
Prompt follow up with customer needs
Collaboration with other departments to best serve key customers
Role Requirements:
High School diploma or higher
2-3 Years Sales and Food Service experience
Valid driver license
Vehicle-must be able to travel/drive to customers
Strong computer skills
Income:
Salary & Benefits commensurate with experience
Monthly Car allowance, Fuel card, monthly Cell phone allowance
Incentives based on growth of sales

Reporting to the Vice President of Pratts Food Service
