Identify and enable rituals for virtual connection.

Design and activate in-person connection best practices (including local area connection programs).

Support the organization with travel guidance for in-person gatherings.

Implement required case management and clinical records

Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of strengths-based family systems and attachment-based support.

Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Conduct brief screening and assessments to identify the specific service needs of each child, youth and/or family.

Provide information regarding child development, available services within the FCC, and other available resources in the community.

Connect the child, youth or family and support the transition between relevant FCC services.

Report any/all customer complaint's needing manager resolution to Customer Satisfaction Supervisor for follow up/closure.

Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Expedite all open orders reactively from customer inquiries by contacting vendors and customers; notifying customers and updating Dynamics as necessary.

Update customers of the latest delivery status of their open orders.

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and/or fax.

Respond to all customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
