We are responsible for leading cross functional teams through multi layered workflows for our global campaigns and initiatives. Across global end to end delivery, we are responsible for milestones, budget, timeline and delivery to our channels and regions.

The Senior Manager, Global Brand Project Management is responsible for driving overall projects and delivering against the project brief and global deliverables. They will oversee a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across several Tiers of projects running concurrently during one season, across multiple categories.This role works with a complex matrix of cross-functional partners/stakeholders including Brand Management, Creative, Communications, Brand Experience, and Regional stakeholders (NAM, EMEA, APAC, China) to effectively manage large omni-channel marketing campaigns for the organization.
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.

They will oversee a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across several Tiers of projects running concurrently during one season, across multiple categories.This role works with a complex matrix of cross-functional partners/stakeholders including Brand Management, Creative, Communications, Brand Experience, and Regional stakeholders (NAM, EMEA, APAC, China) to effectively manage large omni-channel marketing campaigns for the organization.
- Oversees and manages multi million-dollar project budgets and actuals tracking ($3-5M + responsibility)
- A team leader that manages and develops a team of Sr PMs and PMs, the team’s priorities and resources based on business objectives
- Champions our global operating model and cross functional alignment on campaigns and delivery
- Manages and oversees complex projects and global brand campaigns across all touchpoints in our global process, supporting (Sr) PMs as required
- Manages multiple external partners as well as cross functional partners / stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management capabilities and builder of strong relationships
- Processes.
- Experience working cross functionally in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results through development and implementation of strategies and
- 8+ years brand marketing, brand operations and or agency or project management experience with a minimum 3 years in a corporate retail environment
- 5+ years of leading and developing teams.
- Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
- Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
