Description:

We are a growing AI technology company seeking an Agile Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects, features, and enhancements. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers while resolving blockers and enhancing the Agile process. Strong communication, decision-making, and motivation skills are crucial for success.

• We are looking for Agile Project Manager for our Surrey Office.
• Hybrid work model available after completion of 3 months
• This is a full-time position with 3 months on site work.

What You Will Do:

• Continuously monitor the project estimates and projections and the actual estimates of the development team to promote the project’s health.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of the Agile Development process.
• Collaborate with the PM team to assign team members and optimize occupancy and productivity.
• Collect, calculate, and communicate the various performance indices necessary for the sound management of its projects: velocity, schedule, risks, and deliverables dates.
• Ensure team productivity through collaboration and by facilitating the resolution of any form of blockers that could hinder the sprint goal.
• Coach your team to implement a culture of continuous improvement and performance.
• Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the smooth running of the various Agile / Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review and Refinement.
• Mobilize the team and lead them to surpass themselves to maximize results and achieve objectives.
• Ensure a good understanding of the requirements and priorities (Product Backlog / Sprint Goals).

Primary Requirements for the Role:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience working with software development teams.

• Self-starter with a sense of initiative.

Nice to Have:

• Experience gathering high-level feature requests from leadership and collaborating with teams to define solutions.
• Experience with leading product initiatives from conception to launch for technology/software-focused projects: writing user-stories, planning releases, and measuring impact.
