Create, communicate and implement for customers a risk-based process for vendor management, including assessment and treatment for risks

Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and the value to be delivered

The ability to build strong client relationships at all levels of an organization from business owners through the C-level management suite

Able to discuss and resolve audit issues and recommendations with client management

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and able to adapt your style to different types of stakeholder.

Autonomous and has good time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities with minimal instruction.

Knowledge of modern digital product management methodologies is preferred.

Support R&D operations management and technical leadership to forecast developer allocations and cast developers appropriate to the needs of the project.

Demonstrable solid understanding of the fundamentals of the software development life cycle and project management methodologies

Knowledge of visual effects pipelines and tools is a plus but not a requirement.

Demonstrated project management skills with experience planning, estimating, and executing projects

Proven people management skills with experience coaching and developing team members

Having 5+ years experience with technology delivery projects and/or technology advisory services

Having 5+ years of experience at a consulting firm

Having 3+ years of experience managing and leading direct reports

Project management experience in the insurance industry or finance industry.

Overall project management experience of 5-10 years at a senior level, with proven results.

Expert knowledge of project management techniques, tools, and methodologies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship management and team building.

Can effectively and concisely communicate project and technical information to provide comprehensive, concise recommendations to management.

Agile Delivery Manager - Roles & Responsibilities

· Understanding of DevOps, Release Management, and Solution Architecture processes

· Proficient with BMO Risk Management for Agile teams

· Support the team with expert knowledge of ASP and help maintain record of artifacts
