The Role
In this exciting role you will be offering cyber security solutions that would help the team lower risk to the organization. In order to increase speed and scalability in the delivery of its TRA service portfolio, our client’s TRA team implemented an agile service delivery methodology. Similar to the agile software development process, your position as the TRA Agile Service Delivery Scrum Master will be crucial in directing the flow of TRA service requests from the backlog to release.
Key Responsibilities Include

• Assure that the team is using ServiceNow as intended on a global scale, and serve as the primary point of contact for integrating ServiceNow with TRAs' agile service delivery.
• Give new TRA service delivery team members a primary point of contact and coaching for onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensuring that the TRAs' dynamic service delivery achieves the goals of the stakeholders.
• Facilitate and coach stakeholders on backlog management, estimating, and coaching in agile techniques.
• Daily checking of delivery artifacts for quality assurance.
• Share best practices, opportunities for scaling, and ongoing learning with other stakeholders and product owners.
• Inform senior leadership of team progress indicators and roadblocks through communication.
• Work with stakeholders to make sure the team stays in line with strategic goals for service delivery, security architecture, and other areas.
• Conduct scrum rituals, such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, twice a week. Managing and setting the TRA service's priorities Board of Kanban backlogs

Requirements
Your Skills & Experience

• Strong familiarity with agile frameworks and techniques
• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow is necessary.
• Strong technical knowledge in support of a Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac Operating Systems in a Service Centre environment.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master for major software projects or service delivery teams.
• A professional and positive work attitude, with ability to mentor and coach the team
• Backlog management with a Kanban board
