Overview


As an Agile Program Delivery Manager for RAZR, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex client programs and internal roadmap initiatives using Agile methodologies. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient and effective delivery, fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, planning iteration cycles, and monitoring and managing program financial health. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and leader, guiding teams towards achieving program objectives and organizational goals.


What You Love To Do


  • Budget Management: Oversee the program budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and responsibly. Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Communication and Reporting: Establish effective communication channels between stakeholders, scrum teams, and leadership. Provide regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization and with clients. Manage expectations, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with program objectives and client deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile delivery process, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Lead cross-functional program planning: Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and scrum teams to bring all scrum team plans together and monitor and communicate ongoing progress.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the teams, promoting best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
  • Program Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope (with themes, epics, features, and stories), goals, and deliverables. Break down the program into manageable iterations and create agile plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Agile Program Management: Implement and maintain Agile practices and principles across projects, ensuring consistent and effective delivery. Coach teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.


Qualifications


  • Ability to collaborate and partner with client agile program managers to plan across client and internal roadmap initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Agile Frameworks – Portfolio Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, SaS, etc
  • Experience in risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a Hybrid model with in-office participation ideally in Minnesota or Vancouver, BC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent are a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and project management software
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Jira Product Discovery a plus


Education & Experience


  • 5 years of proven experience as an Agile Program Manager or Scrum Master, handling complex initiatives and programs spanning multiple scrum teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing) or equivalent work experience
