CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Account Manager (Full Time) – Eastern Ontario (Ottawa)

Evanov Communications has an exciting opportunity for an individual that has an entrepreneurial spirit, is self-motivated, loves to learn, and has a proven track record of exceeding budgets and expectations (internally and externally). The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new partnerships and growing existing client partnerships on all available platforms for our radio brands, Lite 98.5FM, Hot Country 92.5FM, Hot Country 107.7FM in Eastern Ontario and will report directly to the Sales Manager.

THE CREATION – What you’ll do (includes but not limited to)

-Recruit and retain new business based on the individual needs of clients

-Carry an impeccable track record of sales success in developing multi-media marketing solutions to clients

-Set Radio and Digital Strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements

-Provide superior customer service through building and managing customer relationships

-Report on digital campaign performance metrics

-Stay up to date with digital technology trend

-Demonstrate creativity in generating customized media campaigns through professional sales presentations.

-Create and follow through with business plans and revenue pacing

-Work with sales coordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions departments and external partners to maximize client campaigns


THE ENERGY – Bring your vibe

-Post-secondary education degree/diploma in Business/Marketing

-Proven experience as an Account Manager

-In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms

-Strong presentation and negotiation skills

-Self-starter with good analytical abilities

-Excellent communication and time management skills

-Problem-solver and results driven

-Previous multi-media sales is a desired asset
