Payroll Supervisor Jobs

Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join their fast growing organization. This is a full-time/permanent position offering a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
• Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
• Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems while training timekeepers across the organization
• Maintain accurate records and prepare adhoc reports
• Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
• Develop systems to process payroll account transactions
• Oversee processing of payroll changes of new hires, terminations, raises and system upgrades
• Coach payroll specialists and timekeepers across the organization
• Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
• Manage administration of new hires and departures in benefits program
• Ensure correct benefit premium deductions occur within payroll system

Requirements

Qualifications:

• University/College degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in various payroll software such as ADP Workforce & Ceridian
• Experience with Management
• Great attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• PCP designation is required
• 3+ years experience in payroll
