Payroll And Accounting Coordinator

Our client seeking a skilled Payroll and Accounting Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of our company's payroll, benefits, accounts payable and accounts receivable, along with other general accounting duties. The Payroll and Accounting Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources department to ensure payroll and related processes are accurately administered and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll records and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Process payroll for all employees using ADP
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as general accounting duties
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll, processing and tracking employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Excel Pivot Tables and V Lookups
• At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll and accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
• This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
