An exciting opportunity from one of our clients who are well respected in the professional services organization. They are adding a Billing Coordinator to their diverse team. This Hybrid role will be 9-5. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Billing Coordinator is responsible for all phases of client billing assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

∙ Have a strong client service approach, put our clients first and exceed their expectations

∙ strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build harmonious working relationships

∙ Preparing and processing all client billings

∙ Finalizing and cancelling invoices

∙ Processing accounts for final review and e-signature

∙ Assisting with the year-end audit as required

∙ rates on files and revaluing WIP, and updating timekeeper billing rates and revaluing WIP as necessary

∙ Processing partial credit notes and bill cancellations

∙ Answering all incoming billing related inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS

∙3-5 years of related work experience

∙General knowledge of basic accounting principles, professional services billing processes

∙Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, advanced Excel and Outlook)

∙applications and working knowledge of accounting system software
