Our downtown Vancouver client with a national presence is looking for a Billing Administrator for their dynamic, fun loving and fast growing organization. The Billing Administrator, working in a project based environment, will be responsible for Billing on a multitude of projects small to very large in a professional services environment. Beyond Billings on a weekly and monthly basis, you will participate in meetings with account management and production teams as well as, generating WIP reports and assisting with month end reconciliations.

Requirements

The ideal Billing Administrator will have 2+ years of experience in a project based environment and be able to manage their own workload working from home for the majority of the time (likely 1-2 days per week from the office post pandemic). As you will be working independently for a majority of the time workday, you must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and have excellent communication and internal customer service skills.
