The Opportunity:

·We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our team.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·Providing accounting and bookkeeping services for a wide variety of clients, including preparing monthly financial reports, payroll, and meeting regulatory filing requirements.

·Responding to client questions on a timely basis.

·Being a productive member of the team to assist with clients’ needs.

·Performing other client related duties or projects as require.

Qualifications:

·Formal bookkeeping training.

·Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, and paperless workflows.

·Strong multitasking and professionalism.

·Knowledge of payroll accounting regulations.

·Independent and team-oriented work style.

·Organized, detail-focused, and committed.

·Excellent client communication skills.

·Discretion in handling confidential matters.
