As theAccounting Coordinator you will handleaccounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and will assist with finance and accounting analysis and month end duties.

What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?
- Reconciling the accounts receivable and payable to the general ledger;
- Preparing bank deposits, EFTs and payment remittances;
- Generating reports detailing accounts payable/receivable status;
- Providing supporting documentation for year-end audits.
- Resolving inquiries from vendors and key suppliers;
- Performing day to day financial transactions for all of Delivra Health Brand's Canadian and US subsidiaries;
- Following up on payments of invoices due;
- Processing incoming invoices into the Company’s accounting software;
- Generating external and internal invoices and billings;
- Assisting with month end closing;
What experience do I need?
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Accounting experience in a consumer packaged goods/distribution environment would be an asset
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be preferred
What are the “must haves”?
- Must be in the Greater Toronto Area as there will be occaisional meetings with the CFO
- Must be able to work from a home office – we work predominately remotely. We will supply the computer and other equipment necessary to perform the work
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in accounting/commerce/management or equivalent work experience
- Are fluent in business level of English
What competencies should I have?
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extremely computer literate with ERP accounting software, MS Word and Outlook
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable, fair credit practices and collections regulations
- Outstanding customer service skills and orientation
- Exceptional proficiency with Excel
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Compensation:
- Paid vacation
- Salary will be based on the experience of the candidate within a range of $52 - 55K
