Job Description
Our client in Richmond is looking for a permanent Mandarin speaking Sales and Administrative Coordinator to work independently as well as provide strong support to the team.
Your quick learning ability and strong communication skills will be your key to success. This person should bring 2-3 years of full-time sales experience
We are looking for a dependable team player who wants to do something out of the ordinary. You thrive in high pressured environments and have an infectious enthusiasm to “get it done”. You are passionate about creating customer experiences to drive brand loyalty and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
As an Sales and Administrative Coordinator, your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Manage social media (WeChat Official Account/group chat, Facebook);
  • Provide retail services for customers
  • Assist with making the promotion plan and executing it;
  • Assist with expanding and growing the business and reaching potential customers;
  • Looking for new products/suppliers of senior essentials;
  • Liaise with existing suppliers; assist the team in placing the order, tracking the shipment and taking charge of post-sales services;
  • Assist with preparing and standardizing orientation/product training material.
  • Assist with phone calls or walk-in customer inquiries
Qualifications
What you will bring to the team?
To be successful in this position as Sales and Administrative Coordinator you should have:
  • Strong ability to make connections and sell
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in sales and marketing
  • Solid computer skills and online research skills;
  • Can speak Mandarin;
  • Detail- Oriented;
  • Excellent in written and verbal English;
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in smart device marketing;
  • Knowing how to edit pictures and make videos is an asset;
  • Previous experience in retail marketing, consumer service, healthcare sales
  • Mechanical, electrical, and civil knowledge is an asset;
