KMT THE LEARNING GROUP is committed to offering guidance and solutions through therapy, counseling, and many psychological services offered in-person or online, our dedicated practitioners are here to assist you throughout your journey. We work with children, youths, adults, and families locally and nationwide.
We address issues relating to mental health, addictions, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral, emotional, vocational, and academic concerns, mood, and depression. Also, individual, family therapy, and marriage (couples) counseling.
We are searching for a motivated, driven, and experienced candidate to conduct the following tasks:
- Pull information used for appointments, file charts, reports, and other correspondence.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Manage incoming phone calls (screen, organize, facilitate, and direct each call) as required.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Enter and track client data and client information changes.
- Assist with managing front office deliveries when needed.
- Assist with front office administrative tasks.
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by management.
- Greet all guests and staff upon entry to the office.
- Utilize scheduling software.
- Assist in the maintenance and appearance of the waiting area.
You must havethe following experiences:
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude
- A professional customer service attitude
- Ability to communicate in a sensitive and non-judgmental manner, effectively and tactfully, both in person and by telephone. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in medical office/business administration
- A post-secondary education in a medical office/business administration
- Effective problem-solving skills
- 5+ years’ experience in an office manager/receptionist/customer service role
- Ability to maintain composure while handling multiple tasks, frequent interruptions, and stressful situations.
- Previous experience in medical office/business administration
- Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Asset Exp:
- Knowledge of WSIB and MVA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
