Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment for new installers: post ads, taking phone calls and pre-screening
- Assist with material ordering or with ensuring any material shortages are delivered to the project (where applicable)
- Assists Manager in generating Additional Work Notification (AWN)
- Assist Installations Manager in processing Installer’s pay sheets
- Liaison with Customer Service Representative in Administration office and follow-up on Service Calls with the customer
- Maintain job files and ensure proper documentation and pictures are maintained; Installer files; Safety files; and Job Inspection Files, including entering all particulars in Job Book
- Invoice all jobs on completion (or progress payment if applicable)
- Communications to sales agent of jobs starts and completions, and updates throughout the project phase ensuring all parties are aware of the progress and where necessary for follow-up
- The Office Administrator will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of the BC Office. This position provides administrative support to the Sales & Installation teams and assists with the day-to-day running of the Office. The Office Administrator maintains a positive, friendly and customer orientated image by acting as the first-line of contact to visitors, customers, subcontractors, and vendors in person, online and via telephone.
- Assists Installation Manager ordering bins and monitors WCB for installers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication style
- High Attention to detail
- MS Office Excel Intermediate level
- Manufacturing industry experience a major asset
- Min 3+ years in a similar role/industry
- Able to work as a group and independently
