Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our vibrant team at our office located in Surrey. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, communicating with customers via email and phone, performing general office duties, and providing essential administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position, requiring your presence in the office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
  • Professionally and promptly answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
  • Communicate with customers via email, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, both in physical and digital formats, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a vibrant team environment and contribute to a positive office culture.
  • Support the team by preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Adhere to office policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent operations and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Punctual and reliable, demonstrating a strong commitment to fulfilling work schedules.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
