The Office Services Clerk plays a key role in ensuring our head office's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to


  • Coordinate and maintain board room bookings and catering requests as needed;
  • Answering incoming calls through the switchboard, greeting visitors, sorting and delivering incoming mail, couriering items, faxes, and processing outgoing mail;
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees;
  • Arrange, review, and distribrute incoming mail;
  • Maintaining and ordering adequate amounts of office and kitchen supplies;
  • Provide general administrative support office operations;
  • Other projects / tasks as assigned.

You are someone who is energized and motivated by building relationships, but also enjoy maintaining structure and organization when it comes to self management.

  • Administration experience in a fast-paced environment would be considered an asset.
