We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Administration Team.

This is a Full-time role working Monday – Friday with the flexibility of working from home. However, in office attendance will be required during the probation period.

What will you be doing: The Office Administrator will provide excellent support to our vendors and clients in all aspects of our industry.

  • Maintaining and updating various files and systems.
  • Provide back-up support to other positions on the team as required.
  • Retrieving Renewal Reports from various platforms and filing accordingly.
  • Managing email inbox, actioning, and delegating tasks when necessary.
  • Filing and maintaining CE Credits
  • Internal assistance to the accounting department. Ie: organizing receipts, office expenses and ordering supplies.
  • Responsible for renewing Licenses for practicing in various provinces.
  • Data entry
  • Liaison for office vendors and insurers.

What will you bring:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and our partners in business.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in a similar Administration role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft including Excel, Word, and MS Teams with aptitude for learning new technology.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
