Description:
The Office Administrator is focused on providing a broad range of administrative support to the organization. The role has the principal responsibilities, as listed below, including providing as-needed support on an ongoing basis.
Working as an Office Administrator, you will:
- Submit background checks for candidates
- Verify upload of documents into our CRM, update spreadsheet for placements
- Provide feedback to candidates
- Coordinate calls between candidates and client managers
- Work with clients to create and distribute engagement letters and prepare client contracts
- Prepare and post job descriptions to the Vaco career website
- Other general office duties as requested by staff
- Assist with client and candidate onboarding
- Manage multiple competing priorities using a highly organized approach and with professionalism
- Assist with social media channels on an as-needed basis
- Maintain general Vaco e-mail inbox by responding to general inquiries, candidate emails and forwarding emails to the appropriate employees
About You
- Interested in learning new skills and growing career
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a natural desire to assist others and interact with individuals over the phone and over video calls
- Act as a problem-solver with an overwhelming urge to come up with a solution with every challenge
- Comfortable with taking on new tasks and very comfortable with change
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Effective when working in a fast-paced, sales-driven work environment
