It Support Analyst - 4 Month Contract (Onsite)

Location: Brampton/Toronto (In-person)

Employment Type: Full-time, 4-month Contract (potential to extending)

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a leading brand in the CPG industry and provide ongoing white-glove support to the leadership team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exception white glove service to internal executive leadership team, ensuring that their technical issues are promptly resolved with the utmost professionalism and care.

ON A GIVEN DAY, YOU WILL:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all IT services, including application, hardware, PC, and mobile-related IT service requests and support.
• Actively seek opportunities for service improvement by understanding user needs and expectations.
• Deliver in-person and remote/video desktop support.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to other team members when required.
• Provide IT service and support for hardware (laptops, printers, etc.) and software (Windows, MS Office365, and internal applications).
• Setup laptops with the corporate-provided image, configure user profiles, and install appropriate software and peripherals.
• Transfer and escalate incidents and requests to the appropriate third-level support resources, ensuring effective resolution within specified timelines.
• Analyze, diagnose, and efficiently resolve technical issues using available tools such as SMS, remote support utilities, knowledge base, and documentation.

YOUR SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Strong client/end-user computing experience, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices (iPad/iPhone/Android), multifunction devices, etc.
• Experience providing 1st level support across different tools and technologies including Azure, Intune and Active Directory.
• Experience with laptop deployment, and onsite IT Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with individuals of varying technical and non-technical skills.
• Strong triaging and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Works well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure, respond quickly to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Solid skills in supporting common end-user applications, including Microsoft Office.
• University Degree or College Diploma in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2+ years of experience in providing 1st tier technical suppport, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support with a high level of professionalism.
