What? Business Development within the high end world of Executive Search in Private Equity, Technology, and Life Sciences +.
Where? 100% Remote across The Americas (yes, that’s right you can work from Costa Rica if you really want to!)
Reward? Above market rate base salaries + commission up to 30% + benefits + Equity / employee ownership on offer.
The Business
I am exclusively retained on a project with a forward-thinking Executive Search business based in North America. The owner of the business has been incredibly successful for the last 5 years on his own and has now embarked on building the company through a high period of growth. They have 9 consultants in the business currently and over the next year would like to get to a headcount of 20+.
The business is renowned in and works exclusively within the Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Management/Banking, and Technology sectors across North America.

Candidate profile
· 2 years + BD / Sales experience within Executive Search or another long sales cycle industry such as SaaS sales.
· You can come from any sector background as full and thorough training will be given in an intensive on-boarding process. However, anyone from a finance background or technology may have a better advantage of understanding the sectors they are active within.
· The ability to adapt your communication skills are key.
· A personality that stands out from the crowd is essential and someone who can instil confidence in a potential candidate / client from the first interaction.
· Someone who regularly over performers in their current and previous roles.
· Examples of going above and beyond and being promoted in their current and previous roles.
· High IQ/EQ | Driven | Solutions focused | Resourceful | Inquisitive | Corporate.
· Right to work in the US/Canada is essential.
