Job Description
Our client are looking for an Internal Sales Executive


Our Client have over 100 years in the industry and are wanting a dynamic individual to join the team


SALARY & HOURS OF WORK


  • £24k to £29k per annum depending on experience
  • Monday - Friday 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m.
  • Onsite Gym
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexitime if any appointments needed


Key Responsibilities


  • The taking of sales and marketing enquiries over the telephone and electronically, and passing them on to the appropriate member of the Sales Team, having recorded the details of the enquiry into the CRM system.
  • Processing of sales leads generated by members of the Service Team.
  • Management of price files
  • Completion of general administrative tasks to the required standard relating to sales support.
  • Arranging deliveries for over seas
  • Single point of contact for all Company queries
  • Processing all Company Orders
  • Provision of general sales support to the field based Sales Teams
  • Creation of quotations
  • Updating the website with new prices etc


Skills & Experience


  • Some sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience within a sales environment is preferred but not essential
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a willingness to rise to a challenge
  • Reliable, professional and proactive with a 'can do' attitude
  • Administration experience
  • Confident and articulate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
