What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership:

• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the division.
• Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development initiatives for team members.
• Lead and motivate a team of recruitment and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Revenue Generation:

• Leverage market knowledge and industry trends to drive business development efforts and create value-added solutions for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and expand our client base.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Recruitment Strategy:

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay updated on the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Management:

• Ensure adherence to KPIs and metrics, tracking team and individual performance, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and career development.
