The Opportunity:
ML6 Search + Talent Advisory is a leading recruitment and talent advisory firm specializing in providing comprehensive search and talent advisory services across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Division Director to lead a team of recruitment and sales professionals. As the Division Director, you will be responsible for setting and achieving revenue targets, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Team Leadership:
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the division.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development initiatives for team members.
- Lead and motivate a team of recruitment and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Revenue Generation:
- Leverage market knowledge and industry trends to drive business development efforts and create value-added solutions for clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and expand our client base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Management:
- Ensure adherence to KPIs and metrics, tracking team and individual performance, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and career development.
- Implement performance management processes, including regular performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans as needed.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of recruitment and sales professionals.
