We are currently looking to fill a full-time position as our Cambridge Service & Rentals Manager. You will play a critical role in overseeing our service department and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of technical service to our clients. Responsible for managing our service technicians and collaborating with team members to ensure we work at the highest quality and safety standards.

Direct Reports: Cambridge Service Technicians

Supervisor: Cambridge Operations Manager

/Requirements:

• Must be able to deal effectively and courteously with both internal team members and external customers
• Adhere to industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and safety procedures, to ensure compliance
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and any additional company software
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and assistance
• Strong organization, along with attention to detail & accuracy
• Issue disciplinary measures as required
• Conduct regular staff reviews per company standards
• Manage accurate shipping, receiving, and transferring of rental equipment
• Display team effort and dedication to customer
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers
• Manage day-to-day operations of Cambridge Service and Rentals department
• Assess the needs and hire new candidates as needed
• Manage and provide guidance, training and support to a team of service technicians to ensure optimal performance
• Review and verify Service and Rental billings in accordance with company standards
• Order shop supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure adequate inventory
• Ensure all service technicians work per company standards
• Conduct periodic meetings with staff as needed
• Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of customer issues
• Document installation processes and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Maintain inventory control systems for the Service department
• Assist with scheduling service and rental activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs and calibrations

Salary:

$60,000 – $70,000 per year
