Director Of Finance – Hotel Division Jobs

A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Minimum six (6) months related administrative experience required. One (1) year is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs/technology is required. (Testing may be conducted on candidates).

Keyboarding skills minimum 40 wpm required, 60 wpm is preferred. (Testing may be conducted on Candidates).

Excellent multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills required.

Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Demonstrated practical experience in the delivery and/or management of emergency services communications and related technology.

Demonstrated expertise and experience in complex project management.

Formal post-secondary education in business management, fire service management, communications management and/or a related discipline

Demonstrated abilities in asset management as it pertains to radio system and related communications user gear.

Prepare reports as required and may be required to present to Council and/or the "Management Advisory Panel".

Identify current and future resource requirements.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Implement performance management processes, including regular performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans as needed.

Leverage market knowledge and industry trends to drive business development efforts and create value-added solutions for clients.

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of recruitment and sales professionals.

In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition industry, including current market trends, talent acquisition challenges, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Become familiar with a new game’s codebase in order to offer technical advice or help troubleshoot issues.

Manage, guide and grow engineers within the New Games Division.

Strong experience in server-side development.

Experience leading a team of developers, either internally or externally.

Change management skills and experience is an asset.

Proven team building, management and administrative skills to plan and direct unit programs and services.

Experience in developing personnel and leading teams across multiple remote sites.

Experience with annual inspections & maintenance of LNG facilities is an asset.

Experience with alternative generation or independent power producer integration is a definite asset.

Experience in managing union personnel is preferred.
